I've completed my first commute with this bag after receiving it yesterday, so I can't speak to its durability or waterproofing yet. It seems to be nicely padded and pleasantly slim - so much so that my Dell Latitude 7480, billed as a 14" laptop is a pretty snug fit in the laptop compartment.
The pannier hooks are simple and easy to use - probably best suited for a thicker rack, since they don't have any adjustment for smaller diameter tubing. The straps unhook and tuck into the rear compartment, where you can also tuck the zipper panel that covers the hooks if you don't want it flapping around near the rear tire.
Internal organization is simple - the main compartment has a padded laptop section with a hook & loop closure, as well as another flat sleeve in front of it. The inside of the front panel has two compartments, handy for charging gear. Even with a laptop and charger, there's still a good deal of open space in the main compartment. The outer compartment, accessed via a zipper across the front of the bag, is open and has no internal organization, but seems about the right size for a small U lock.
While researching this bag, the zippers mystified me: the outer compartment made sense, as did the main compartment and the hook/strap panel. The images on this listing show a fourth set of zipper pulls behind the main compartment, but in front of the rear panel. These are not on the product I received, and I'm not sure what they'd be for if they were. Additionally, the Tourbon logo patch is a different one: mine is made of leather or PVC and is shield-shaped and embossed. I've highlighted these differences in green on one of my attached images.
I'll try to update this in a few months to see how it's proven itself on my daily commute.
