Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

My only gripe is that it doesn't have a standard style of main frame, so I had to play around with my frame-mounted tail light adapter to get it to work, but it's nice and sturdy and very well made!
No real instructions to speak of, so I had to play around with it a little, but just looking at the picture was enough to figure it out.
Pros: Very stable and strong,i would trust it to carry a passenger. Easy to install, all tools are included for installation. Plenty of tire clearance.
Cons: seat clamp is too wide for me. It rubsq against my legs when I ride so the rack is not usable. Clamp is designed for large diameter seat post, mine is 26.2, I need to use extra rubber to ensure that it is securely fitted. Same with the seat stay clamps, more rubber is necessary for security.
I would have given it 5 stars if the seatpost clamp didn't hit my legs when I rode. As it is, I cannot use the rack on my bike so I wasted 25 dollars.
Took some fiddling with the parts, but I made it work for my bike. Fits on my Northrock Fatbike from Costco, able to accommodate those super-wide tires (and the frame!). The only drawback is that the main bar is locked to the seat-post, so if you need to change seat height you have to remember to open the lever lock so the post can slide up and down without moving the rack. But if you remember this, it works fine and dandy. Don't know that I'll ever need to move 165 pounds, but I feel confident that any pannier will be well supported.
