Great For Bikes Without Bottle Holder
My vintage Bianchi doesn't have bottle holders and I don't want to drill through the classic frame. I purchased this bag and all my problems are solved. it fits snug and it holds a lot of stuff like power bars, keys, wallet and more. Only thing is it only holds a standard disposable water bottle and not a full plastic bottle like you'd like to have on a ride. You could have a bigger bottle but it's going to take a lot away from storage. No big deal for me. Maybe it is for you. Either way it's made really well.

FINALLY found a decent saddle bag that I like! I've tried and returned 3-4 other bags over the past few months, and this one I decided to stick with. I like the more vertical orientation. I find it's easier to access and stores more stuff than the typical horizontal wedge shaped saddle bags, and feels less awkward/bulky. Zippers feel durable, nice thick material that seems like it would be fairly water-resistant (though I haven't put it to the test yet). It holds a spare tube, 2 CO2 cartridges, multi-tool, 3 tire levers, patch kit, and still have room for keys and a granola bar. Nice to have the flexibility to carry what I need for a long ride. I can't really comment on the mesh pocket durability because I haven't kept a water bottle in it yet, but I like having an exterior pocket available to keep things like a snack or rolled up long-sleeve t-shirt on cooler days. My rear tail light clips on the back perfectly as well, so no issues there. All around a nice little bag, good value for the price.

It was an odd shape from what I am used to. My bags are usually flat under the seat, this one is flat against the bar, so I needed to pack slightly differently. It will hold a 24 oz bottle, but I think the 20oz bottles will fit better. There is an elastic strap that goes around the top of the bottle to keep it from falling out as you ride. This is not an accessible bottle during a ride, but a great place to hold a spare whilst you drink the first two on the bike. I have not had any issues with leg rub during a 130 mile ride the other day. I was able to fit 2 tubes, a multi tool, tyre levers, hydration tablets, a seat cover, and neck do dah inside with no issues, and still fit the bottle.

All in all a good bit of kit.

Oh! It was torrential rain on that ride, and my stuff stayed dry inside.

Fits my Daway repair kit (which I shoved two CO2 cartridges into to), a spare tube, and a CO2 inflator. On top of that, I can still easily fit my wallet and phone. Might even have room for a snack at that point. The only negative I can see is that the water bottle holder is for narrow bottles only. Anything above 2.75" diameter probably isn't going to fit.

I'll update this review if there are durability issues, but I'll probably just buy another one since it is so useful and relatively cheap.

I like to add a saddle bag on all my bikes to carry spare tires, tools etc. I wanted to check this one out for one of my bikes that only has one bottle cage and limited frame space. It works as advertised. I still get to carry my bike supplies and it fits an extra 20oz water bottle nicely for longer rides. Anything more than 20 oz is probably going to put some stress on the mesh and possibly tear it. Also if you like to pack the saddle bag really full of stuff, it will bulge into the water bottle space and make it difficult to fit the water bottle in. If you need a little extra water space and don't need to carry a ton of stuff in the bag, this will work well.
