Top review from the United States

This is a tough one. These soft-sided cases have been carefully and cleverly engineered - and I've now used them successfully for multiple international flights. Yet the system depends on inflatable air bladders (two for each wheel) which are somewhat delicate. Indeed, my new cases arrived with one of those already leaking. To the company's credit, they quickly sent me a replacement (and an extra!) by airfreight at their cost. Still I find myself thinking I would rather have chosen a hardcase solution: That would add weight, which is what I was trying to avoid. But even if you have three wheels and a heavier case you'd be well below domestic airline's 50 lb limit. And my confidence in the protection of the wheels would be higher.
