One cleat is defective... What do I do?
One of the metal plates is too large and doesn't fit into the cleat. If you look closely at the picture, the one on the left is fine but the one on the right is raised on one side making it useless. Where do I get another plate/cleat? ***Edited 12/3/18*** The seller saw the original post and contacted me and sent me a new set of cleats. I am very happy to report that they work perfectly! Great seller! I would definitely do business with them again!!

I don't like giving bad reviews but as someone who reads reviews - I will tell you that these didn't work on my spin bike. They weren't the right size and my shoes got stuck. Bummer! It's possible that I didn't read the description right.

Ordered these along with another set from a different brand because these would get here faster. The bad reviews scared me but figured I only needed these to last me a few days. My right foot clipped right in, not the left foot. The studio owner, a staff member, and I tried to get the left one to lock in place with no luck. Visually we couldn’t find anything wrong but the back of the clip never snapped in and kept coming up. So the studio owner was nice enough to replace it for me with one of her own but I was disappointed that I couldn’t even get 1 ride in with these.

Since I already have riding shoes for my road bike (with larger cleats), these cleats were inexpensive conversions for my shoes to use in my spin class. Great value, works well!

DANGEROUS!! I repeat, these clips are DANGEROUS! I had a reputable bike shop install them in my shoes. During my spin class, my shoes kept pivoting left and right when I stood up. This could be very dangerous, because at some points during a class, I typically spin at 120rpm. A pivot in the clip like that could result in a bad injury. Just to make sure the clips were bad, I took them to another bike shop to be installed- same thing happened. I will be returning thses DANGEROUS clips today.

I put these on my bike shoes, took them to spin class, clipped in, realized I needed to readjust the height of my bike, twisted my heel to clip off, and my left clips broke. I didn’t even get to use them for one class. So that was a bummer.
