They look super clean in all black as well. They are a tiny bit on the heavy side, but that's probably because they are made out of metal instead of plastic. One thing I didn't check on and see before buying is that there is also a 2 finger version (shorter levers), which I would have gotten instead of these, but all in all, very happy with the purchase.

I know nothing about replacing brake handles on bikes. I have a folding bike that has been exposed to salt water and has fallen over enough times that parts inside the brake handles that came with the bike broke and one seized rendering it unable to squeeze. I watched a few YouTube videos about brake replacement and was able to replace the brake handles on 2 bikes. Turns out most generic bikes use this type of brake handle so it's just a simple switch out. Watch some videos and have some tools like a wire cutter and you too can pretend to work in a bike shop. These were practically the same brake handles that came with my bike.
